Junior Account receivable – Italian

Duties:

Ensure all payments are made on time;

To resolve customer issues regarding delivery and pricing;

To contact customers and ensure the timely payment of receivables per policies and procedures;

To Perform and verify cash allocation on a regular basis and solve account discrepancies;

To answer questions of the customers, related to credit issues;

To Participate in process improvement and standardization

Be in contact with clients, sales and legal teams regarding cash collection and remittance guidelines

To provide customers with copies of documentation such as invoices and account statements

The perfect candidate has academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. Ideally He/She has to have 6 month experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn. Past experience in Shared Service Centre environment is considered an advantage. Fluency in Italian in speaking, writing and reading is mandatory. Computer skills in MS Office are also required. The candidate has to be able to build productive working relationships and to have very good communication skills. He/She should enjoy working in international environment. EU citizenship required.
