Sample of responsibilities
– Manage the entire lifecycle of customers with related communications via email, SMS, push notifications, phone calls, regular mail and live chat.
– Plan the re-activation work for the CRM team.
– Work “hands-on” with implementing campaigns.
– Work in close cooperation with the country manager and the customer service team to ensure continuity in media communications.
– Create reports with data related to CRM activity on active campaigns.
– Work actively with A / B testing of campaigns.
